Had a really good experience at the New Hope Rise location from the moment I walked in. RJ greeted me at the door and handled check in with a ton of friendliness right off the bat, which set a great tone for the whole visit. Kristina was a big help answering all my questions and walked me through signing up for the points program which looks really sweet. She was knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely welcoming the entire time. Halle checked me out and was incredibly kind and patient with me while I sorted out my payment, no rushing or pressure at all. Every single person who helped me was fantastic. The products lived up to the service too. I grabbed some Papaya Fuel hybrid flower and a few of their Se̱orita drinks, and all of it was great. Wonderful staff.James greeted me at the door and made me feel so comfortable. He had every answer to my many questions. James is the man who knows it all and he just so happens to be super nice! Where everJames is working in the store, he can help you, superstar!! Hunter also hands down the best. Answered more questions, helped me through the process and was just a really nice friendly guy. I recommend stopping in. Great store! Great people! P.S. went back today as I got my medical approval in less then 24 hours. The beautiful ladies at the check in were so helpful.
