I just had my first experience at Rise in Eagan and it was excellent! All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I waited in a short line to get checked in, and once my ID was checked I walked in, put my order in via the kiosk, and checked out. In total it took me about 20 minutes! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and top notch service. Brittany helped check me out and she was an absolute delight. She also got me signed up for their rewards program and I saved $10 on my first order. Good vibes all around and will definitely be making this a go-to spot! – Molly Price
The staff were amazing! This was my first time in a dispensary as I just received my medical card and they were so kind through the whole process! There was a system issue with my pharmacy appointment but they resolved it and I was able to pick up my prescription no problem! James and an employee whose name I sadly did not receive (tall guy, medium length hair, blonde) were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient! 100000/10.
