Been here a couple times. I don't actually dislike this place that much, but I used to live in WA and it doesn't feel very personable in comparison to that. Maybe that's also just my personal experience, but between that and the very clearly AI responses to reviews, as sometimes the responses are the exact same and reference "words of encouragement" in positive reviews, for example, even if there is no text in the review. Any and all reviews seem to be falling on deaf ears. It kind of makes my stomach twist. – Raven Turner
Green goods sucks compared to what I'm used to with dispo's but Isaac did a great job of explaining why I'm stupid for thinking that without making me FEEL stupid and that's excellent customer service in my book Seems to be a MN issue and not a GG issue. The manager of the Rochester location is phenomenal. We have been a customer of Green Goods for over three years and never received a customer service like the one provided by this manager. He went above and beyond to ensure my son gets access to his medically prescribed cannabis, which in the last two months have been a struggle to find. I just waited several days to shop adult use so that they could stock. Specifically waiting for vapes to be stocked. They just restocked yesterday I was told. Went online today to make a purchase and no vapes in stock at all. Hit or miss, often a miss from this place. Do a better job for non "medical users" please. After all we all know the medical card is just another gimmick that an unsupervised child could get on a whim. – Ronald Parker
