i’ve been a medical cannabis patient for at least eight years. I started with rise and I left them because of product quality. Related to instability of lozenges that melted and concealed together, they blamed it on me and I left her eyes. I have been with greengoods for 3 to 4 years now it was a welcome relief to have product. I needed the stability of the product that I needed and always fine up until they started Adult use cannabis. I have lung disease. I do not smoke and that limits my accessibility to medical cannabis to a large extent, leaving edibles and topical as the main product and I’ve worked my way through that and found things that work specifically the topical extra strength red bomb, but when they went to Adult use, I could no longer find it. It was missing and it wasn’t for months that I was able to find out that it was in the adult youth so an essence. My medicine was no longer available for me in the medical side. I have complained about this repeatedly and attempted to talk to “on “supervisors. Yet I have often been told there is no supervisor, The fact just last week, I called because I reached out to the department of health to finally lodge. My complaint because I was getting nowhere with Hermantown Green goods every time I complain. it’s not available to me. They don’t do anything to make it available. They don’t tell me how it would be easier for me to get it, which is pretty much the bottom line and Customer Service last week I called and I asked directly first question could I talk to a supervisor as advised by the department of health cannabis, division, medical cannabis? I was denied the ability to talk to a supervisor shortly into the conversation the guy on the other and mis gendered me l, this too, has become a problem here at Green goods Hermantown. When I called this individual out about Miss rendering me, I asked for the guy’s name. He refused to give me his name and he told me to wait at that time. I was put on the phone to supervisor who identified themselves as Corey Corey told me that I didn’t need to know the The guy who missed gendered me, not even knowing that he refused to give me a supervisor Initially once he had, Miss gendered me and I was calling him out the guy did get me to Cory who may or may not have been a supervisor. I don’t know. It’s so disheartening to deal with the company that clearly just doesn’t care about getting the product to their patients that their patients need all I need is a medical patient is some topical bomb for medical patients with my medical discount. It’s exasperating and I finally reached out to the department of health they suggested to make an appointment with the pharmacist to start, but I’m gonna continue to pursue this because the only place for me to get medical cannabis is here. I would drop green goods in a heartbeat because of what they’ve put me through the ants they’ve put me through the miss rendering that has occurred with repetitive now and I believe it’s one individual I had had been treated with respect and dignity initially, but no longer, and as far as this case of trying to get my medicine since Adult uses happened, it just doesn’t happen and they say it’s in Medical, but they run out I’ve never in this whole time since they started Adult you found it in the Medical and I’ve even looked at the website repeatedly and can’t find it. This is my primary medical drug or form of medical cannabis and I can’t get it. It’s crazy making and I’m treated horribly not listen to just lecture to why they can’t get it to me. I will continue to pursue with the department of health, but I also will continue to look at other options like even going to Michigan or to rise in Hibbing because my needs aren’t being met here and they seem to act like meeting. My needs is too much even though it’s what the pharmacist recommended and what I’ve been on with green goods for a long time up until the Adult you started they don’t care about their customers, but I have no choice, but to use them I live near near Canada so it’s not easy to get! – Zan lehman

Cool spot and the staff hanging out at the counter were super chill, but the actual service was a bit of a letdown. My budtender was pretty quiet compared to the rest of the crew and didn't even count back my change, which was nearly $20 in all ones… kind of a headache when the card readers are already down. ​The selection is decent, but the pricing logic for similar THC% flower is a bit confusing. My only real gripe is that they didn’t staple my bag shut. Every other dispo I’ve been to says it’s a legal requirement to keep it sealed for the drive home, so it felt a bit sketchy leaving with an open bag. Top tier product and service, best in hermantown for stock updates on website and services in store, I have never left a store happier. I've made a few purchases here. The store is decent and the staff is friendly. The prices are much too expensive though. The THC in the flower they offer is usually low also. I started driving to Cloquet for purchases, because I get double what my money's worth. Bottom line, the product here is way overpriced. I can get an OZ in Cloquet, for the price of a half OZ at this store. It's worth the drive. – Dr Doom
