Despite the name of the place, they do not have flower or anything besides a couple kinds of edibles as far as I know. I say as far as I know because the girl huddled behind the counter never looked up from her phone while I walked back & forth trying to ascertain their selection in the glass cases. Maybe somebody can donate to her so she gets one of those fancy phones that let you pause videos, but it ain't gonna be me. – Chilkoot Charlie
Went here today for the first time. Walked around kiosk a bit looking at the products. Employee was watching a movie on her computer. Never looked up once or acknowledged me. Looked totally zoned out. Complete waste of time. Go elsewhere. – Zak Schneider
*** Edited Update ** – was able to connect with the owner and everything is resolved and we will make another attempt back to try out all their products at a later time. Understandable that these things happen once in a blue moon. Please don’t let my feedback deter anyone from trying them out. —— Careful going back. Site advertises that they open at 10am on Saturdays. We got there a little after 11am to find no one at the desk. Checked back after 30min and a line was forming and still no one was there to service them. I called both #s and they went to voicemail. We finally left after chatting with a guy that had been waiting since 10:30am. The amount of customers lost was insane! I’d recommend getting better staff that will actually show up. -1/5 – Savannah Eatherton
Rude and very unhelpful. The “store” looks like it used to be the info desk at the mall and the guy behind the counter was very rude and condescending. Not helpful and needs a lesson in customer service. Also didn’t look like a real store and needs more signage and clues as to what they sell. Good luck to this business. Doubt it lasts. – Mister B
Had a great experience here today. The guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and talked me through everything behind the glass as they have quite the arsenal. I made a purchase, left happy and felt educated. They also have a loyalty/rewards program so be sure to ask about that when you make your purchase. – Devon
