One star because there's an employee that I could chat with for hours that works here, but overall I would give ZERO stars for the service I received today (3-25-25). First off, they need to update their site to accurately reflect what accessories we're ordering. For instance the Ooze Cleaning Kit shows 3 bags of cleaner, but only comes with 1 bag. I also ordered the Green Monkey 63mm Grinder in GREEN, which it clearly stated on the site (before they changed it) and my receipt that it's GREEN. Instead of being courteous and calling to let me know that they are out of the GREEN ones, they sent me a silver grinder that looked nothing like the photos AND expected me to accept it without any fuss. I was also charged a delivery fee even though my order was $162 (with the lousy 10% medical discount it was $145.80). I would've gladly paid the $ 4.20 difference or bought a few chillums in order to avoid the outrageous delivery fee. When I called to get it all sorted out, the manager was exceptionally rude and kept talking over me. He said he was "doing me a favor" by giving me 2 bags of cleaner for free, but yet I had to come to the store to get them. I would like to know what part of this classifies as an actual "favor" and not a remedy to your obvious mistakes? Also, what's the point in paying a delivery fee when the customer ends up having to go back to the store to fix YOUR mistakes?! They have become ridiculously greedy here. Outrageously overpriced. $70 for a gram of dabables. 50 for 3.5g of flower. They have a "value" section but nothing is really a value. shame on pure Dakota and the state of North Dakota for charging so much for medication. – Kevin Adams

Its' my third year with Pure Dakota. All good, well trained employees. Knowledge of the products and their different results. I have been helped to help me help my needs. My cognitive memory is back to before my injury. – Bruce Hendrickson

PDH is a wonderful place. There are a few employees that take time to read your card and greet you by name. That's how it should be. Good selection of medications. Kind of expensive and I'd like to see some product packaged differently, so you dont have to buy 4 Q's for a OZ. I wish I lived closer so the drive wasn't so long. – Kelly Anderson

I went here one time and it is not what I am satisfied with.not a lot of choices,they rarely have new product.I will drive out of my way to get better product.I' ve talk to a lot of friends that use to go here also and no longer do .They are doing censorship and putting on line what they want.so their store can not lose customers. – terri neset
