I just came back from Strains of the Earth in Carver and I was DELIGHTED to meet Gavin! My partner and I were able to ask questions and get very knowledgeable answers. We have had tons of rain lately and Gavin apologized several times that their inventory was limited as the store in the basement was flooded. They still had good stuff tho and we not only got some info but got a couple of things to try. Prices were reasonable and the store was very organized, clean and plentiful despite having to frantically move! Gavin was nice and represented the business and he genuinely wanted to help. – Living Lifeworks

(New Review)Revisited a few times and it’s customer service has improvements! Cute shop but location is kind of annoying, also hate the stairs and days you can’t find parking. Lots of products to choose from (OLD review)Unfortunately this place started strong with great customer service but it has gone really down hill with the one guy working there! His very unfriendly, gives zero help! And all around makes me not ever want to step foot in your stores again! Customer service is super important here! It’s really frustrating to go to a shop and get very little help or feedback on products! Even asking this guy a question seems like it’s such a hassle for him! It’s too bad because I was super happy with the store when it open and their employees were super friendly but now the one guy that’s there is by far the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met at a shop! And with the new laws coming in you better have good customer service if you want to stay on top! More and more shops will pop up and if you have a shop who doesn’t help their customers or treats them good then I’m sorry to say you guys will not make it with the competition!
