We went out of our way to support Sapura even when the construction made it near impossible to navigate to but after experiencing such awful customer service this weekend, we will not be back. Our regular bud tenders have never been so incompetent or as disrespectful as the interaction we experienced this Sunday in the drive thru. I am not sure if this was a new employee but I can assure you it was a negative experience. As someone who is an HR professional, I would be extremely interested to know what customer service training Sapura has put in place for their employees. I would highly suggest revisiting your approach as the lack of accountability pushes your loyal customers away. – Maddi Renee
