I usually like this place but I placed an order at 2:33pm received a text at 2:45 my order is on its way. Its now 5:15pm. I have to get to bed soon to get up for work tomorrow. I keep trying to.call the place but it says they are helping other callers and they value my call and to leave a message. Their voicemail box is full so cant leave a message. EDIT: I did receive a call from an employee from another store to inform me that the south lansing liv is without power. Thats the reason they couldn't receive any phone calls. She also let me know that because of power outage there has been issues that they are working hard to resolve asap. She was able to.cordinate my delivery amd let me know it would be arriving soon. Which it did. I greatly appreciate the reach out to let me know ehat was going on. So definitely changing my review to a postive one now knowing the issue was out of their control and knowing that other locations, once they knew there was an issue, worked hard to help them out with resolving any problems. Shows that each location has each other's back. That is good buisness. Product is good and gets a 2 thumbs up. – Turtle cullimore
