There customer service is terrible, they hide pertinent information on a page that's obscure and hard to find so they can hide behind their rules and rip off their customers. Shipping is terrible. Packing is poor. Don't trust them. There's more reputable companies that are easier to get customer service. And their prices really aren't that good if you're seeds and clones arrived in poor shape. Out of all the seeds I have bought from them, less than half sprouted. But when you call customer service, they act like you are wrong before even hearing you out. The biggest excuse for poor germination rate is because I didn't follow the instructions. Please, I've been growing cannabis for over 40 years and never had a company treat me like this. And yes I am over 60yrs old. – Donald Downing
