Update: I emailed them and they didn’t email me back lol. The manager in here during the early evening (around 5-6pm) is so rude and should not be customer facing. I bought some of the worst weed at this location. It disappoints me because this was my favorite dispo but not anymore. I didn’t come in being rude or hot, but the manager took great offense and was not helpful. We asked the budtender to see and smell it and she made a face because it was terrible. The manager tried to act like it wasn’t a big deal and asked us “what was wrong with it.” Why not just simply do the return and exchange it for something better instead of trying to argue about it when it was clearly terrible??? I got better weed after the return, but since she made me feel ignorant with the way she spoke with me on the phone and in person, I’m not coming to this location again. I wish I knew her name so I could let HER manager at Pure Options know how condescending she was. If you don’t like customer service, don’t do the job. 🤷🏻‍♀️ – Aryn Domeika

The Frandor location is great! It would be 5 stars if they had a drive thru option and more consistent stock/options 🥳 I started coming back recently after moving further away and I have been pleasantly surprised by their prices. I am not the biggest fan of the in store layout, as far as how the store is set up and then the ordering on those huge visible screens or being pestered by a worker to order thru their tablets, but everyone is really chill so it's always been a pleasant experience. One of the better dispensaries in the area that I would recommend over others. – Maddi Renee

Why would you shop anywhere else? High-end products and affordable options. Top notch customer service. They will help you with selecting the best options for your needs and explain why. They grow the best flower in the state of Michigan, hands down (ProGro). They support the community on all levels. Again, why would you shop anywhere else? Highly recommended!! – Cj OBrien

Update: im so impressed with their response to my scathing review I am bumping up my review 1 star. Parking spots were full of broken glass. Front desk was on the phone and didn't "have any tokens". Then I got to the budtendress who was awful. She didnt acknowledge my presence for minutes, then her attitude, the way she kept talking to other employees and making me wait 🙄 she was worried about changing the music more than servicing me. She chose my free 8th without consulting me. She forgot to put 1 of my selections in the bag completely. I won't return. I said I wanted a half but she told them a quarter, and I didn't bother to correct her. If it was my business she'd be gone. – Nick Len.

Great place. Really no complaints except one… I noticed for some reason employees cash out your reward points for you WITHOUT your permission! This is happened to me on 3 occasions. It seems to happen right when it gets to the $20 mark? I intend to ask about this the next time I go in there. Finances are a little tight this week.I log in to see if I got points and there's zero !! Just when I need it the most 😥 – Joshuah Jones
