Pure Options sells ProGro produced products, which produce Archive line genetics- which in itself is a 5 star review. Haha But really- the staff is great, the store is beautiful- very clean and the selection is just crazy. The quality of products is literally unmatched. I strongly recommend the ProGro products, it’s wild its commercial because it is literally craft-cannabis, grow nerd quality from what id guess has to be years of phenohunting to the final cure- they nail it. It’s my go, their brand is the reason I will even walk into a dispensary but Pure Options has the largest selection. – Chris Gonyou

This place is not it….it’s honestly trash. I don’t know if it’s a training problem or a management problem, but the customer service is consistently awful. Every time I talk to employees, it’s clear something is off, and based on what they’ve told me, it makes sense why the turnover is so high. I used to come here often, but there’s always an issue. Double charges. Refusing to honor rewards. Not offering discounts, deals, or free gifts. Constant upselling. Rude attitudes. It’s every single visit. I finally got tired of it and switched to the other location and I’ve had nothing but great experiences there. No issues, no attitude, just friendly and professional service. Whatever is happening here clearly isn’t happening anywhere else. Even the coworkers’ drama is loud and unprofessional. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go to the other Pure Options down the road.
