Im a regular i go to pure options weekly and there has been several times were the person bringing me out my stuff has completely forgot to give me my weekly and or monthly's but everytime I go there and get Ashley as my budtender she is absolutely amazing and does an incredible job always making sure I get my weekly and monthly as well as always checking to see if I have points and if I want to use them also has exceptional customer service skills as someone who also has worked in customer service she excels in every aspect and is by far the best budtender and deserves nothing but praise also is always willing to help she deserves a raise and deserves to be a spokesperson for that specific pure options and definitely the reason ive always come back even after getting my orders messed up and not receiving everything I was suppose to… anyways I just wanted to say how amazing of a customer service rep Ashley is and such an amazing budtender doesn't miss anything and always helpful and smiling thats exceptional customer service – Zachary Brown

First time visiting. Was met by a friendly face Ashley as soon as I entered. She directed me to the counter where Kobe helped me with my needs. He was also friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time with me and answered all my questions. I left with a few products to try. I enjoyed learning about the different items. Would recommend this shop to my family & friends. Best quality of weed and best deals in town. With weekly and monthly free gifts and discount prices. Been a loyal customer since day one. I've tried other places, and no complaints, but I like pure open weed and staff alot better. It's the only place I can buy from now, and has been for years. Pure options is the only option when you want top shelf flower on a single parent budget. Everytime I go in there I get something different and it seems like the craft cannabis they produce is getting cleaner and just better every drop.
