I order online and pickup. Quick and easy every time plus the prices are great. I have pleasant interactions with any of the staff I encounter while there and my order is ready very quickly. There is plenty of parking in their lot, the only downside is the driveways have very steep slopes so don't bring a really low riding vehicle here. There is a side street and additional lot just past them that you can park at as well. – Kayfabe Rocks

I don’t know these bud tenders don’t help you for nothing atleast this batch i guess.I’ve been coming here for 8 months and the only helpful people I remember Is Andy their manager Christian is cool there was a hefty set male with curly hair who is terrible just smiling ain’t doing your job bud point me to the good stuff instantly tried to have me start at lower tier guess my clothes determine what I’ll buy oh well.There is a few faces that’s gone that always helped forgot his name ain’t seen him in a while the young male with braids gone Kelsey is great store is great vibes products is great for price just if you don’t like your job why apply? and if people taking their time a problem set a timer for shoppers I then had to many huff and puffs for asking a question my last run ins – Jamir Haddit

If i could give a negative star review this dump would get -100 should not be in buisness! Doesnt even know the product they are trying to sell for outrageous prices. Severely Unprofessional and air headed. Highly recommend going anywhere but here! – Daniel Mathews

Not only do they have the best prices in town, they also have the best customer service! They are always nice and helpful and you get greeted with happy ,friendly workers who do their absolute best for their customers. I recently moved to the south side and literally have dispensaries ALL around me, but will continue to go to Herbana where the prices are AMAZING and I’m treated like FAMILY – Kim Mccoy

Nice people, good selection. That exit driveway is super steep. If your car is any lower than my accord, something is gonna break. Especially with that blind corner and ppl going 45 mph – Jackson Taylor
