What People Are Saying

Stevie was super helpful to me as a first-timer. Very patient and explained things without being condescending at all. TJ and Zack were also very personable and welcoming. Very positive experience, great prices, and free gift with purchase for newbies. Highly recommend! – Brandon Lee

The product selection and prices are fantastic. The staff is always friendly and they have really good recommendations if you’re not quite sure what you want. The sales and rewards system are really generous as well and you can save a ton of money! – Emmy DeJong

I am always impressed by the knowledgeable and kind staff at Pure Options in Midtown. That plus great promos and the best loyalty program keeps me coming back when their are closer options available. – Jeremy Bond

This is definitely my favorite location! The drive thru is truly a game changer when I’m in a rush lol. Aside from that I also love going Inside when I can to see what they have & talk with the budtenders they are so sweet & patient never make me feel like I’m asking dumb questions lol. All I can say is LOVE LOVE LOVE Midtown & it’s crew – maaut roosevelt

I came in with a temporary paper license. I was told I would need a copy of a hard copy “expired” license to be accepted. I obliged and purchased product with my temporary license and hard copy of my expired license on 5/1/25 from a manger named Cat. I returned 5/3/25 to purchase the same order with the same credentials to be told my order was no longer accepted with the same credentials from the manager named Blake. I never spoke to the previous manager but Blake made sure to be extremely condescending and rude in his remarks in response to the situation. After years of repeat business I will no longer be returning due to way I was treated by your employee Blake. He made it obvious he doesn’t care about his customers and only himself. – Jesse Evans
