Love the place. The staff is always friendly and give me wonderful recommendations. As someone who doesn't always come in knowing what I'm doing, they have wonderful ways of deciphering my requests. I had asked "you know, those gummies that have the package that looks like playing cards" and they knew just what I meant! (Best tasting I've had so far). I just recently found Pure Options after 6 months in Lansing. What a freakin GEM!!! Their prices are on point for the brands I prefer, their staff is AMAZING, especially the Greeter girl with who worked yesterday for my pickup. Talk about a jack of trades that had those male Budtenders hoppin!! She rocks!!! Every time I go into ether store (frandor or center lansing) they are great and very knowledgeable about the product. I have friends that go to other dispensaries and tell me all the time to go somewhere else. But the customer service is just not like you guys. Workers are always super helpful and kind. I had a problem with one of my products and they fixed the issue without any trouble. It’s a bit of a drive for me to come here but I don’t want to go anywhere else because of the quality of the products and service. It’s always quick and easy to get in and out with what you need. They also are very helpful if you have questions or don’t know what to get. – Talia
Stopped in on a mission. I had like 10 min until close but everyone was still so friendly and welcoming. I totally forgot my budtenders name (sorry dude) but he hooked me up with exactly what I asked for. I swear I was in and out within like 4 minutes.
