Really cool place inside with super friendly staff! I got the only rosin cart they had available—more than I usually like to pay, but it was good quality. The flower is pricey unless you shop on certain days. Edit – I came here on Thursday at 330pm and the door was locked. Nobody around.. – Andrew Ostema
My husband stopped by Pure Roots in Lansing this morning right at their listed opening time (10:00 AM) but ended up waiting about 5–10 minutes after they were supposed to open (mind you he had somewhere to be it was supposed to be quick stop). He tried calling the number listed but it said it was no longer in service. While patiently waiting he even knocked on the door—he thinks he may have heard someone shuffling inside but no one ever came to open up. After a few more minutes he gave up and left. It’s frustrating to deal with unclear opening hours and have no way to reach anyone. Just a heads-up to others planning to visit right at opening time. – Daisy Channel
Employees were nice. Products were not. Their high end rosin pens for example ware "made by farmer" a mid tier company at best. And their in house joint was only alright. Wish this place was better, staff seemed cool. – Jon Howell
Never again! We got 4 different strains, and everything we got was bottom shelf with a weird taste. The eighths they were giving out to first-time customers was straight garbage. I ended up just cooking with everything instead of smoking it. The lady at the front desk was really nice though. It's a really nice high-tech place. – Nicc Slickity
