Really cool place inside with super friendly staff! I got the only rosin cart they had available—more than I usually like to pay, but it was good quality. The flower is pricey unless you shop on certain days. Edit – I came here on Thursday at 330pm and the door was locked. Nobody around.. – Andrew Ostema
Employees were nice. Products were not. Their high end rosin pens for example ware "made by farmer" a mid tier company at best. And their in house joint was only alright. Wish this place was better, staff seemed cool. – Jon Howell
Whoever the female worker was tonight was rude. Gave us the worst oz because she had to honor what the app prices were. Lost me as a costumer. Crazy considering I’ve been going ever since they opened – Dakoda Fernandez
Looks like Pure Roots is gone from Lansing. They were in a crappy spot unfortunately. I hope they get another store and it's in better area because they had some good deals and the staff was very pleasant, curtious and caring. Prices bit high sometimes and competition is pretty stiff. – Colleen Cade
