The staff at Herbana are very friendly and helpful. I first went to the store on W. Saginaw, but they didn't have the product I was looking for. i had got a 5 for 55 deal & got all the same weed on accident when i wanted 4 different strains, i called up there asked if i get a refund or switch it out they were eager to help.
