Love this place and GIVE FERN A RAISE! She is the best! She educated us so well about what to get, how things are made, and just good information most places do not share with you. The store itself is packed with many products, staff is super nice, and you get free items if you’re a 1st or 2nd time customer. They also change their products every 120 days so it’s fresh. This place can never get it together. It’s a different story every single time you call them about your order, nobody seems to know how to run the online/delivery aspect of this place, let alone being able to provide accurate information. This will be the last time I shop here. – Alicia Palladeno

Went to Gatsby today to get some disposables advertised on weedmaps for 12.00. When I attempted to purchase them, the lady told me there is no way I should get them at that price. After going to the back I was told I needed to place an online order to get that price. Fair enough, while placing the online order I received a discount for my first online order. Which I applied, my pretax total was 106. As you can see. When the lady went to cash me out she told me my total was 177 dollars. After going back and forth with me on the price again, she goes to the back and comes back with the total of 150. Still not understanding where the confusion came from, I had her remove an item and check me out. To see I still didn’t even receive the initial price I was supposed to (12.00 disposable). Overall a bad experience being treated poorly for wanting the price that was advertised and then still being up charged at the end of the day. Gatsby isn’t what it used to be I would avoid it if possible! – Rob LaForge
