called three times to make sure they had my product and each time they said they had it, i called because I was driving nearly an hour each way and the deal was amazing. when I got to the store they did not have the product nor did they care about the situation. would not come back – brenden bornas

First and last time visiting Herbana today. I'd give zero stars if I could. I did get there closer to close than I wanted but some of us work so I made it when I could. The employee that "helped" me seemed extremely annoyed that I was there and even more annoyed that I had questions. The deals listed online were different than what was posted in store which obviously made for a longer decision because I couldn't get what I initially came for. He eventually threw out a random brand name because I was taking too long. I asked whether there's a discount for first time customers and got a very flat "no". The cheapest infused prerolls were $6 which was extremely off-putting for me especially when one of the reasons that I went there was because of the reported "low prices". You can get an infused preroll anywhere else in the city starting at about $3 or less… I did eventually choose a single preroll because I kind of felt obligated to buy something because of how annoyed the employee seemed. Left and went to Quality Roots around the corner to purchase the rest of my prerolls. I arrived there even closer to closing time (they close at the same time) And was greeted with a smile and warmth. Was not made to feel like I was a burden or an inconvenience. Made my purchase within about three minutes because their staff was actually helpful. They even took $3 off my purchase. No idea where I got the points from or what that was about but it really made my night after my experience with Herbana. With soooo many choices for consumers in this city, you're going to have to do better to keep customers. – Gijia Danielle

Worst quality weed in town. You’d definitely wouldn’t get high from any of their bud if you’re used to smoke. They are selling extremely dry and old flowers. It’s a shame because their service is great. – Yann Degri

The girls are super nice, but the guys really need to work on customer service and hospitality. Taking off another star because I haven't had anything good from here yet. I wish there were descriptions of the strains effects, I've just been hopping around trying to find what fits. – Rowan Palmer
