I love JARS and have been a loyal customer for years. The location is great, customer service is great. However, due to my work hours, I don't have time to wait to get called back. Therefore, I place orders online and pick them up. The process was SO quick and easy – just go up front, give them my ID, and get my product, out the door in less than a minute. If I needed to use the ATM, I'd be let back immediately and then back up front to get my order. That was GREAT!! Whoever thought it was a good idea to now move the order pickup to the back, I need to ask – what was the thought behind that? It's absurd! Now instead of being in and out with my order in less than a minute, you're making us place the order, show up, check in, wait for others in the waiting room who do NOT have an order and need to shop around, and maybe 15-30 minutes later, walking out with our order. Doesn't this totally negate the whole ordering process? The point of ordering is to have my items ready for a QUICK pickup, without having to wait for in-store shoppers. I'd really love to know the thought behind this "change". Why would I place an order if I had to wait on others in the waiting room, THEN go back to get my order? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE – make the order pickup at the front desk again! If this having to wait for customers who are going to shop around just to pick up an order continues, I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Every employee I've spoken to about this that works up front has told me it's ridiculous and asked me to make a review about it. JARS will lose a very loyal, very regular customer if this order pickup "process" continues, and I don't want that to happen. I've already emailed customer service about this as well. Thank you! 5 STARS for customer service, but 0 for this new "process". **UPDATE** As I thought, I got a response that said please notify customer service. Please look at the second to last line of my review. I HAVE ALREADY EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS AS WELL. And you know what? I haven't heard back! – Kayte Weiss
