Staff does nothing to protect customers who get aggressively verbally attacked. Just hand out free pre rolls to them. Worst experience I’ve had in 3 years of living in Saginaw and makes me want to move out of Saginaw over this. Do better instead of watching. – Jessica Lowsir
I just experienced the worst, and most frustrating experiences ever at any dispensary. To come off rude, presuming, condescending, arrogant, and triggering as a person let alone a bud tender you are extremely bad for business! The brunette with the glasses is one of the worst budtenders I have ever come across EVER! The young lady whom replaced her after I asked/requested to deal with someone else was the complete opposite. She was very polite, professional, respectful, and dealt with me with great character, and integrity. However based off of the first bud tender this morning I don't care to Ever go back here ever again! I have been a Top Manager for numerous Establishments, and have even done Covid Testing in correctional facilities. I know professionalism, and how to carry myself. You never know who you are dealing with, why they are there, or what they are going thru. To be anyone who deals with someone who deals with people be a good person first, or at least be a good professional. Let alone representative of who/what you represent. I also tipped 30% on top my orders cost to the second budtender. I usually too good regardless, but it was the least I could do for her. I truly appreciate, and respect the second young lady for stepping up, and dealing with me extremely better than the first. We had a great conversation, and interaction. End of day, they were busy but the staff still take that extra moment to say hey and acknowledge you.
