Every time I go in it’s a blond haired female who can never give me a straight answer on my points ! I went in yesterday to use my $50 in points that I knew I had cause I went in the night before and a male told me what I had for my next visit so I went in with the intention on using my $50 on top of wanting to purchase more on the side and the female said she could only see $20 in points on my account and she has no access etc etc which made me upset and not even want to shop in your store . So I’m hoping the next time I come even if I decide to come it won’t be the same issue but it’s things like this that will make me stop shopping at your establishment. – Elvia Aguilar
