My friend gifted me two ounces, we came to pick them up together. I get home and open them a day later after I finish off my leftovers from my last run, to find its all shake. Only stems and leaves for the most part, maybe 5 or 6 SMALL nuggets. So small they were pea sized, if that. I'm on a budget and was looking forward to spoiling myself with a bowl, now I don't get to. We may not have spent a lot, but I dont feel like that means I deserve to get dirt in a bag. It looks like I picked trimmings out of my dog park. Highly disappointed. – Conrad White
We went there upon arriving in Bay City from Southern Indiana and we were helped by a wonderful bud tender. Nicole was knowledgeable, open, honest and nice to boot. We went back a few days later on our way out of town and stopped by Puff to stock up on supplies. We were lucky enough to get Nicole again. If you want someone who will be honest with you and not try to up sell you than Nicole is who you want to talk to. As far as the shop goes, it was well lit, clean and plenty of product on the walls not to mention prices are great. We usually go to one just over the border to get our stuff but we wanted to try this one and we were not disappointed. – John Perzo
Normally I'd give Puff a 4 or 5* rating, the store is always nice and clean, the employees are very friendly and often very knowledgeable about products. The only reason I'm lowering the vote is because this time I did a mobile order and reserved a pick-up for later in the day when I knew I'd be heading down that way. Picked my items. PAID for my items. Got to the store later and the employee had to hunt for the items I'd purchased, one of which he couldn't find/was now out of stock and I had to substitute something else for it. Not a huge deal, it wasn't like I had my heart set on that specific strain, but if an online order comes through, especially if it is already paid for, those items should be shopped immediately and set aside in a designated "online orders" area, with customer information clearly labeled for easy identification and retrieval later. You don't just leave the products on the shelves to be shopped out from under the customer who has already paid for those items. Not a huge deal. But it could have been. Come on Puff, do better. – D Run
The staff here is wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the products and will explain anything us old guys don't understand. I've been a customer since they first opened. Each and every person there is awesome in my book. – Darryl Metzger
I have been going to this dispensary for several months. One of the best I've been to. Staff is always super friendly and they always have really good deals going on.
