I absolutely love this particular Key dispensary! It is located in an excellent and convenient area. I never once have had to wait in line either inside the store or the drive thru! Every employee I have interacted with has consistently been kind, extremely competent, helpful and honest. I picked up my order today in the drive thru and I just want to say thank you to Alexander. Don’t buy the “Uncle Mac’s” live rosin carts. Bought 1 from Key cannabis for 4/20 weekend it is almost black and taste like chemicals. Nothing like pictured on their website. When you come in for an exchange or to see if Key cannabis will do anything to rectify the situation they will shrug at you and tell you the cart is probably 2 years old and they won’t do anything about it lol. Also their “rooted” brand of weed is trash Edit: Won’t be returning to Key cannabis. There are too many quality, reputable dispensaries in the Kansas City area that will happily go above and beyond to make things right. – Ryan O'Dell
