The minute I walk in, I feel welcome. The staff is wonderful and most happy to work with me. I feal special, like my presence is important and valuable. My server was Amanda ( Panda). She was attentive and listened to what I needed. She seemed to have a wealth of info on the product line and what works. I will remain a loyal patron. Thank you Amanda. – Kevin Williams

Markus was amazing. I do have ONE thing, I was in a hurry coming home from out of town, so had to use my card instead of the usual cash. There was no TIP LINE available to tip my tender. I'm not sure of the reason, may be legit, but I felt really bad not being able to tip him!!! Its not a usual concern of mine, because I'm usually a cash girl, but i wanted to throw it out there!! Tyler was super helpful. Everyone is always friendly and very enthusiastic about helping me get exactly what I am wanting. I have had a few issues with pens before. They not only gave me a new one for free but it was even a much nicer one than I had bought previously. This is my favorite shop in KC. – Trevor Carver

They close early, and for the amount of staff they keep on hand who seem to collectively accomplish very little, it’s honestly impressive. I can only assume their high prices are due to poor management and wasted labor hours. On top of that, points seem to magically disappear, which is frustrating when everything is already overpriced. This is also the only dispensary I’ve been to that constantly has issues with their card readers. At a certain point, it starts to feel intentional. Don’t waste your time, they clearly don’t value it. I’ll be taking my business to Stairway from now on. – R K
