Nature Med Dispensary - Gladstone

All of the bud-tenders at nature med are very hospitable & professional. The space is very well cared for & I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes to be serviced at this particular location. They offer wide range of products; although, I do wish they had herb in display (personal preference). I’ve spent plenty of time asking questions & having my purchases tailored to my specific needs. – Darien Pecunia-Adam

People are friendly at this location. Prices are pretty good & the place feels very clean. Sometimes I ask for suggestions & I feel as if I’m not getting the best product for my preference requests, but that might have more to do with my inexperience with cannabis products than their knowledge on them. For example, I often ask for edibles that mask the taste of marijuana well & end up with a product I don’t love. I absolutely enjoy their Sweet Stone chocolate chip cookies. I recently just lost my great grandpa this month and ive been kinda struggling so i was able to find someone to give me a ride here for a a pick me up(after finding out i odered to the wrong location so we came here). But anyways i came here to get 2 jars of flower 3.5g(vivid brand) and when i got home to grind it up i have missing so much i only got these two crumbs(show in picture) :( so after feeling sad and betrayed i got the courage to call the store. I talked to the assistant manager and she told me that sometimes the system messes up and it sometimes gives you more or less than the specified amount of flower. I was offered $20 in points when i paid $30 for my 2 crumbs. Also i feel like i shouldve been fully compensated for the the 1 $30 considering that your store messed up and scammed a customer out their weed i feel like they shouldve been weighed before especially if someone knows that the system sometimes shorts flower in the jars :( because i dont even have a way to get up there to more this was supposed to last me awhile and this was my 1st time going to this store :( staff and assistant manger were nice and friendly tho. I recommend the kansas city nature med not this gladstone one unless you want to have a chance to get shorted :( – Just Being Honest
