So far I've been to four different FTE locations and got the same fantastic service. I made an error on my order and y'all just stepped up to the plate and my order was fixed. The kindness and atmosphere I get from the associates is so calming and welcoming. I feel valued as a customer and I hope those who work at FTE are given their flowers most of all. I cannot say enough awesome and amazing things about From The Earth-Lee's Summit. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety, going into most places can feel overwhelming and emotionally exhausting, even completely debilitating! But from the moment I walk through the doors at FTE-LS, that changes. Every single employee is welcoming, kind, empathetic, patient, and genuinely caring. They greet me by name when I come in, which may seem small to some people, but to me, it means everything. They’ve created an environment where I feel safe, comfortable, wanted, and truly valued as a person, not just a customer. The staff always takes their time to answer questions without making me feel like an inconvenience. They make recommendations that they know I will love and that will help with my anxiety, and they always ensure I NEVER feel rushed or judged. That level of compassion is rare, and it’s the reason I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else.
