The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable! I came in with a malfunctioning cart and not only did they replace it for free, but they let me keep the old one too. This is my favorite store because of the discounts. However, if you buy wax from them, most likely, it’ll be upside down leaking all over and outside the container and a complete mess. They definitely do not respond to complaints so let’s see if you posted on here if they do I’ve called them spoke to them in person and sent emails so they don’t give a shit. – Ben

They also offer delivery, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been consistently friendly, kind, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to.
