The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable! I came in with a malfunctioning cart and not only did they replace it for free, but they let me keep the old one too. My bf wanted Jersey Mikes so I was like bet I’ll run into this smoke shop rq. The guy checking people in wants to chalk it up with every customer even tho the lines 4 deep. Finally get to line #2… my bf got FOUR sandwiches and was out and I hadn’t even gotten to the order station yet. There’s just absolute zero sense of urgency and the budtenders are explaining what weed is to the 50+ up crowd for 30+ minutes and I’m all here for amazing customer service but not when there’s a line 6 deep and you’ve already given a person 30 minutes to explain and help them order. This place was great when they had specials and deals, before they turned into SWADE. Now they call it "deli style" to sound fancy, but in all actuality, that is just so they can charge more and pretend like you're getting something special. Newsflash: it's the same stuff- only scooped to order and double the price. Try Vertz in Liberty. The TWENTY TWENTY deals are unbeatable. On another note- why are we paying these ridiculous prices? The stuff was cheaper when it wasn't even legal. Bring back street dealers again! – Jessica
