⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the customer service here—especially James. I came in to make a purchase and ended up being $3 short. On top of that, the card reader wasn’t working, so I was ready to just leave and come back another time. Without hesitation, James personally gave me the extra $3 so I could complete my purchase. It may have only been $3, but the kindness, generosity, and compassion behind that gesture meant so much more. He didn’t have to help me, but he chose to—and that says everything about the type of person he is and the level of care this dispensary shows its customers. James turned what could have been a frustrating and disappointing experience into one I’ll always remember. This is the kind of customer service that creates loyal customers.
