This place has always JUST been convenient enough to keep going too, buttttt since they have changed hands I’d love to say that this is 1 of the best dispensaries in KC! A true gem! Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable! Today I was greeted by Zach, with a huge smile and a great personality. He truly made my experience perfect from the beginning! I was pleasantly surprised with the attention and service I had here at clovr! Didn’t just feel like a rushed transaction they truly want to make sure you get what you need and that you feel comfortable. Liv, my teller failed to inform me of the price of the Wawa Pain relief gummies. That’s an honest mistake that’s okay. The price she quoted me was 25 but it was 27 and with MO fees it came out to $32.00. I gave her $20 in cash and used my debit card for the remainder $12.00. It rounded the total to 18.50 and she gave me $3.00 back. I did the math and it did not seem accurate so I went back into the dispo to have her clarify the price. She was rude, argumentative, and blamed me for not understanding the system. I was hit an additional $2.50 out of network atm fee which is not something I thought I would get on top of them rounding up by $6.50. Next time INFORM THE CUSTOMER of the process not after the purchase but at the beginning. Regardless her customer service was awful, she yelled at me, cut me off, and I won’t be back. – Alyce ThePoet
