I parked in front of the store to pick up an order on a Thursday at 1:00pm and was told by an employee on his smoke break to move. I pointed out the sign suggesting it's a legal parking spot and he still wanted me to move. You will not have to worry about me parking here ever again. That's 2 people and 6 oz per month going else where. – Brady

They used to be better but honestly their customer service is bad. I spent so much money at key a month and when I did have a problem with their product being faulty I had a broken cart and broken battery! But the staff never said sorry they begrudgingly replaced the cart then didn’t give me the battery I paid for. So I have to go back in and they actually said no we gave you the battery. Rude as hell won’t return I’ll take my hundreds of dollars elsewhere. They are mid at best. Boo – Nancy A

Darren and Darien (Dutch) make sure I get the best price with the daily specials and discounts available. Key Cannabis off Prospect is hands down the best dispensary in the area.They consistently have the best deals in town, and the customer service is always on point. The vibe is super chill, and way less corporate than most places, which I really appreciate. Even though there’s a dispensary just a few blocks from my house, I’ll gladly make the drive to Key because I know I’ll get top-shelf bud at solid prices, and the staff actually knows their stuff. + Shoutout to Kel for always taking care of me! I just left this location after making a sizable purchase, I originally called a couple hours ago and spoke with Truly, and may I just say she was amazing, and incredibly friendly. Before she answered I felt kind of dumb about the question I wanted to ask, but after I asked, and she answered professionally, and to the fullest extent possible, I felt very comfortable about my questions. My budtender was Mike, and that man is a saint! He was very knowledgeable, he wore a smile on his face the entire time, and I could feel the kindness radiating off of his being. It's people like Truly, and Mike that add another layer of depth to this industry, providing it all the more meaning.
