I've been hearing good things about this spot but My experience wasn't good. Customer service was cool. My product wasn't at the right weight. Did it come packaged like that? I did have to wait for the attendant to go downstairs for a few minutes. I don't know what happened but not cool at all. Also the price was higher here than at My usual dispensary by 4$ without My medical card. With My card I'll save at least 8$. I used My card here with Dr Smoke and paid an extra 8$ plus. The receipt picture is old of course but that was WITHOUT card. I'll get another receipt and post later. With these 2 issues I can't see Myself driving the 10miles to get here. I wanted to experience a variety. I could possibly be ok with the price under different circumstances. But the shortage is something different. Everytime I visit your smoke shop I have a great experience. Everyone is super helpful & have so much knowledge on everything you guys have to offer.I would like to personally thank REE for her service. She’s quick, easy to talk to & honest abt the quality of each product, she always make sure I’m satisfied. This use to be our go to spot until the shooting happened there yesterday, and the video that’s shown the man being shot snd security comes out as this is happening and the suspect is right in his visual contact and the security officer didn’t do anything? We no longer feel safe coming into the store. He could’ve stopped at shooter yesterday and he didn’t so who’s to say if we were to come in there and there was another shooting would he just stand there like he did yesterday?
