I’ve been a loyal customer of Good Day Farms for a long time. I’m the general manager of Vino STL, a wine bar just down the street. I come here all the time, I send customers here, and the staff knows me. I’ve always had a routine! Grab my Panera next door, then pop in for a joint. It’s never been an issue until today. I parked in the lot like I always do. I went into Panera first to grab my food, dropped it in my car, and then went straight into Good Day Farms. Within minutes, my car was booted. I was immediately approached and told I had to pay $400 in cash or Zelle, no receipt, no warning, no other option. They said I had 30 minutes to pay or it would be towed for $1500, plus $80/day starting immediately. In a panic, I went inside Good Day Farms to get help…and was shocked when the front desk woman I’ve seen and spoken with dozens of times acted like she had never seen me in her life. I was nearly in tears. I told her I come here all the time, told her what just happened, and all she did was deflect and compliment my tattoos. It was humiliating. I pulled $400 out of the ATM and handed it over to avoid getting towed. When I got back to my restaurant, one of my friends who owns a tow company told me I got scammed. This isn’t standard procedure! This is predatory, intimidating, and possibly illegal. I drove back 20 minutes later and saw four more cars booted. These guys are hitting multiple people every 30 minutes.,, do the math. If they’re charging $400–$500 per person, that’s thousands of dollars every hour. And it’s happening during a time when this entire area is recovering from back-to-back storms, including a tornado. If Good Day Farms is partnered with this company (and I believe they are) then you’re enabling and profiting from the harassment and exploitation of your own customers. There were no warnings. No courtesy. No understanding. Just intimidation, threats, and a demand for immediate cash or Zelle with no receipts. The company doesn’t appear to have any tow license, and the signage in the lot is vague and suspicious. Whether it’s legal or not… it’s wrong! It’s exploitative. And I won’t be back until this is made right. Good Day Farms should be ashamed for allowing this to happen on their property. On top of everything, it looks like the company that towed me put duct tape over the original signage in the lot.., which makes this whole operation feel even more shady and intentional – Kayleigh McGrew

Absolutely shameful. Be warned. This business is operating some kind of predatory towing scheme. They have workers posted by the lot, ready to boot your car and charge $200 ($600 for tows) if you so much as step off the property. Even if you are a paying customer. The owner is clearly in on it, take a look at their meaningless reply to any of the countless reviews on this. They tow many cars a day, this could easily be their main source of income. Do not support this business preying on our community. There are honest dispensaries all around. – Binyamin Friedman

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I pulled up to walk a delivery across the street and immediately turned around and was booted. 200 dollars I did not have. I live in my car and door dash and now I am homeless! I got towed and I can't afford to get my car back!!! I told them I was going to purchase from good day after my last delivery and they wouldn't take the boot off regardless!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Where am I suppose to live now? I have no one. – Devon Ransom
