Every time I’m home in Illinois my visits to the dispensaries are all the same whether it’s Ascend in Fairview or Beyond in Sauget. Unlike my experiences in Arizona and California, where I was able to get the budtenders to help me make better decisions as a medical consumer. I’ve asked questions about products I’ve been sold and the staff was not able to provide me information of the lineage, affects, etc. they should work on these things instead of trying upsell on high THC% products. the reps should know about common ailments and which terpenes the patients would benefit from. Based on my few visits here, it feels like a cash grab. The staff hired seem quite uninformed and/ or disinterested in having knowledge on what strains and products to recommend to patients. they do not have any separate lines for online ordering which means the it’s a waste of time if I’ve ordered ahead because I’ve still had to wait in long lines upon arriving. Unlike most states, the prices are a bit high for the quality flower they are selling and the deals are barely worth anything. I’d love to hear from a manager or ownership of this establishment. – Latosque Adams
Oz..plus tax…nice buds..for smalls more medium size..total out pocket 116.usa dollars. Nice dank oder.. yummy flavors…happy happy happy. Thank you ! It can't get better than this deal. Humble Grower – HARRY KOEHLER (HUMBLE GROWER)
Great Dispensary with decent prices and friendly staff! I would give more stars, but as a medical patient we have to stand and wait in the line with all recreational customers. It is very hard to stand for long periods of time. It was a 5 star place when the dispensary had seperate lines for medical. – Amber Curtis
They dont actually understand their products. They have RSO labeled as an edible, not a concentrate, like all of the other dispensaries in this state for recreational. So they only let you get 1 .5ml syringe of the mosey antidotes. Ascend you can get 3. It’s not bc ascend is breaking the law. It’s bc this place is improperly educated. RSO is a concentrate that can be eaten… it is not “an edible”. It’s a concentrate like FSHO and FECO. RSO Was literally invented as a topical. To extract it is literally to make a concentrate, how else could you get so many mg of the into such a, wait for it, concentrated amount…. you can smoke it, eat it, apply it to your skin. It is available in almost any route…. So. Why don’t I just go somewhere else? Bc no one consistently has it but this store. Which is why it is so frustrating they are the only ones to to sell Rso this way. It’s a disservice to their customers and costs them money. They could actually change this so hopefully they’ll consider fixing it bc they aren’t following the state laws. They 100% made this up. Last time I checked there is not an edible that exists that can also be a lotion…. That would make it not just an edible… but concentrated thc.. again this is logic. Not trying to get around state laws just trying to actually benefit from them in my state. – Paul Mann
