I hate to be this person but I have to share my experience. I walked into the store and I was confused on how the lady at the front desk Ms Kim didn’t even greet me or ask for my ID, I pulled out my ID as I assumed she was going to ask for it but she didn’t so I handed it to her still she has not said a word to me, then she walks to a door and opens it and stand at the door, still she has not said a word to me so I follow her and that’s when I realized that’s where i’m supposed to go. Horrible experience from the very beginning. Now i’m at the counter and placed my order that was supposed to be $22 then I got told they didn’t have it so I got offered another product for $35 and when I had to pay it turns out is $42. I left this place really sad knowing that I have been to so many different Cookies stores all over the US and this is the first time I’ve been treated like this. Never coming back! – Jorge Dubon

Ant was great to work with. I had already placed my order, but he still took the time to go over my selection and share helpful comments about the bud. He was polite, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I really appreciated the free pre roll as well. That was a thoughtful touch.
