I went to the grand opening and had a really great time! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the menu was fairly priced! They have a great lineup of products – I loved my experience at Cookies Downtown St. Louis! – Val Martinez

Lo was absolutely amazing. I had an issue due to a product not being labeled correctly by the manufacturer/cannabis brand which in turn left Cookies unable to label it properly on their website and POS SYSTEM so none of the employees were able to know/tell what it was without opening it. In the end it all boiled down to me to being sold something that I specifically didnt want (Local's fault for failing to label their product as they're supposed to). When I went right back inside to get the issue taken care of, Lo called the manager…WELLLL the manager was only willing to give me a 50% discount on the correct product, even though the mistake was in no way/shape/form MY fault or something that IIIII MYSELF was able to avoid (i tried ever way possible to figure things out before closing out my purchase, we all did). Even though in the end it was the brands fault. Instead of giving me the correct product, and contacting the brand for reimbursement (AS THEY SHOULD HAVE), the manager was trying to get me to have to come out of my pocket again because of an issue that stems from the brand and trickled down to the store level. So that means i, as a customer, should be penalized?!?!?! GTFO. LO came to the rescue and covered it out of their own pocket. Talk about a real MVP!!! LO def deserves a raise or at the very least a bonus for going above and Rihanna to make sure that I was taken care of . That most certainly should NOT have happened, but I appreciate it more than they can imagine. Now, you better believe that I will be doing everything in my power to contact the brand and make doing everything in my power to contact the brand and make sure that low is from reimbursed and taking care of for cleaning up the mess that their mistake caused.
