I absolutely loved this dispensary!!! The bud tenders were excellent. They were very busy but kept the line moving fast. Proper Cannabis has a very good and large selection of products to choose from. Your first 3 vists you get 30% off on your orders which is very cool. I stopped in today to take advantage of a coupon that was delivered in our neighborhood I’m glad I did! The young men at the counter were all so friendly, knowledgeable and polite which is not something we see often enough these days. I wish I would have gotten the first young man’s name he was extremely kind then Justin took over he made a few great selection for me he also informed me that I had $20 in rewards and would I like to use them that’s a big YES! Stop by here today for the first time and didnt regret it. Normally dont do reviews but these guys are top tier!! Heather and David are awesome! Had some issues during the transaction due to a system error and my order not being ready upon arrival. Fantastic service when technology fails. They took great care of me. Took 25-30 minutes out of a busy day to take care of a customer and got everything resolved as quickly as possible, will definitely be returning! – Tristan McGilvrey
Loved coming here loved the employees I've always purchased pre rolls but was finally able for the first time to walk in and buy me a ounce (Paris moon) as well as infused flower even had a chance to finally be able to spin the wheel and won a 8th on top of my purchase so I was on cloud 9. Went straight home and 1 of my 7 gram bags of the ounce I purchased was not in the bag. It was closed so first thing the next morning I went there and explained and was completely blown off no security was checked obviously or it would have been handled but unfortunately I was screwed out of 7 grams. Completely ruined what should have been a wonderful experience. – Gary Leftridge
