Proper Cannabis University City is always a great experience, and today was no different. William was awesome — super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped me find exactly what I needed and made the whole visit smooth and easy. I've been to about 6 different dispensaries in town and one out of town and this one is by far the best one yet! Most of them do not let you see the flowers up close and personal. Products are usually in the back so you're not able to view before you purchase. This location however lets you view it and smell it to see if it's what you like. The staff are absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, down to earth and make you feel like you're right at home!! Mark was my budtender…he was wonderful. Great customer service.. knowledgeable on the products and deals. Funny and just a great friendly experience all around!! There was a wait but the line moves quick. Just be patient and enjoy viewing their products online while waiting. 😁 They have a QR scan available in the waiting area to go right to their menu! 👏 Aaaand last but not least…the prices are the best! There's about a $5 cheaper difference in the taxes also! I give them a 10 star! ⭐ Enjoy your experience 😁 – Therese Hoefer
My budtender Andrew was a breath of fresh air!! From the moment he greeted me with a genuine smile, to all the help he gave me to find exactly what I needed, my experience at proper because of Andrew was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dispensary. I typically do NOT leave reviews but this experience was not the best with this being my first visit to this location. I placed my order at 4:49 PM For 3 pre-rolls and 1/4 of shake all Proper branded. I understand that with Holidays it’s a longer wait time but I never got a confirmation email (I still haven’t gotten that email and I’ve already left the dispensary) I got to the lobby checked in with my license and Med Card and let them know I hadn’t received the email confirming my order it has been 30+ mins since the order had been placed when I checked in. I sit in the lobby and I mind my own business and that’s when I realize it’s past 6PM I’ve been sitting here for almost an hour and even med patients AND rec patients that had gotten here AFTER me had been called back and left. Other patients in the lobby started getting upset for me so I finally went up to the front and told them I’m still here. I get back there and the man is packing my order. I make it all the way home just find out they gave me the WRONG THING….I ordered Shake and got Budlets, but the METRC codes on the receipt and the tag on the bag are CORRECT so you guys have something entered in incorrectly….ALL IN ALL VERY POOR EXPERIENCE – Kayla McCoy-Dillard
