This location is wonderful everyone staff member has been sweet and understanding and down to earth specially with my health condition. I've been to about 6 different dispensaries in town and one out of town and this one is by far the best one yet! Most of them do not let you see the flowers up close and personal. Products are usually in the back so you're not able to view before you purchase. This location however lets you view it and smell it to see if it's what you like. The staff are absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, down to earth and make you feel like you're right at home!! Mark was my budtender…he was wonderful. Great customer service.. knowledgeable on the products and deals. Funny and just a great friendly experience all around!! There was a wait but the line moves quick. Just be patient and enjoy viewing their products online while waiting. 😁 They have a QR scan available in the waiting area to go right to their menu! 👏 Aaaand last but not least…the prices are the best! There's about a $5 cheaper difference in the taxes also! I give them a 10 star! ⭐ Enjoy your experience 😁 – Therese Hoefer

Andrew W was awesome. Have been to a few other locations and never had an unpleasant experience but Andrew W went out of his was to welcome me and offered me the daily deals. I made an online order here for the first time since it switched from Star Buds and it was just weird. I gave them my ID and they said they'd call me back shortly so I sat down. While I was sitting, 4 other customers came through and were immediately shuttled into the purchase area, and 2 of them also had online orders. I wasn't sure why they all went before me but I thought nothing of it. Then the person packaging my order (even though I received a text that it was already prepared) continued to ask me questions through the window speaker and we did our entire exchange through the window. I was never allowed entry onto the sale floor to browse additional products, she just gave me my order through the window. I wanted to see what type of rolling papers they had but never got the chance. I don't know if the specific worker that was helping me just doesn't let anyone in and everyone else got to go in because different workers were helping the people that got buzzed back but no one told my why I had to sit in the lobby the whole time waiting for my order. It made me feel really excluded and isolated and was just weird like they didn't want me breathing their air or something. The person helping me wasn't rude or unfriendly but the fact that they made me sit in the lobby waiting alone made me feel like I was being quarantined or something. I dont smell, I wasn't rude or belligerent, I wasn't coughing, I dont have leprosy sores, so I have no clue why I wasn't treated like the other 4 customers but it was embarrassing and I doubt I'll go back if they treat customers like this regularly. – K D
