Terrible customer service. Every employee act like they don’t wanna be bothered or annoyed by the customers. When clearly this is a customer service job. The security think they top flight of the world and talk reckless to people. They barely at the security station, standing outside or down at the liquor store. The selection of flower be hit and miss. Mostly miss because the stains be terrible or barely smoking. Never have quality nugs , away got sticks and straggly buds. They use to be cool, but now kinda going downhill – Lo G
Been there 4 times. Loved it until 4th time bought 3 pre-rolls, got home, had 3 EMPTY tubes. SMH. Called twice, hung up on me twice. WHAT?? – Dee
Puzzles has quickly become one of my favorite dispensaries. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy. Great selection, fair prices, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Definitely a 5-star spot. – Brandon Roper
