Sophie was an absolute gem and a true breath of fresh air! She took the time out to explain everything to me and she also listened to me talk about how I understood why the Veteran discount is 22%. As a Veteran myself I immediately knew that it stood to the 22 Veterans that take their life everyday. I would give them a 5/5 if they carried tinctures! The staff is the best and truly is so helpful. I prefer going here because of the budtenders! However, the lack of tinctures makes consuming in the safest / healthiest way inaccessible for me and others who aren’t being thought of. I have to travel 30 mins to nature med in south county and give them all my money that I would be spending at Kind because Kind Goods won’t add tinctures to their inventory. You’re losing my money and sales. Tinctures, sugar free edibles & drinks, and dissolvables should be a staple in all your stores. I am a very loyal customer who spends a lot of money here. I truly hope the people higher up will fix this because it’s the right thing to do… making medicine more accessible for everyone! – Mary Shaw
