Wonderful variety and knowledgeable staff. Very low pressure and welcoming. Set up with menus that separate everything nicely. Has a small family business feeling. The staff is always available for questions and everyone is very polite and engaging. I always get a "welcome in" and "thanks for coming in". Do not use their online ordering system it is a complete joke and scam. I purchased something online that was a sale item. My subtotal was $22.50. Upon submitting payment, my total all off of a sudden was $36.00 with no explanation as of why. I went into the store to pick up my order and asked in person why I was charged so much. I was told their hands were tied since I ordered online. Well I used the online service their store uses so why I couldn’t be helped was odd to me. I waited a few days to see if the amount charged was some kind of temporary hold that would be removed after pending status. It was not. I was charged $36.00 for a subtotal of $22.50. I have been back and forth with “dutchie” the service Flora Farms uses for their online ordering. I waited to make this review in hopes it would be rectified but no one is taking accountability or responsibility here to make this wrong into a right. Dutchie the ordering system is pointing their hands at the store saying it was their responsibility to fix it yet the store is pointing their fingers at dutchie. Needless to say no one is taking accountability or making this right for me. This was my first visit and experience with Flora Farms since it changed from Greenlight. Needles to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. – Alisha C
