I come here regularly, and every single time I’m here, it’s a 5 star experience. High quality cannabis + great rewards program aside, what makes Proper in Crestwood stand out is its STAFF. I learn something new from them every time. I ask the dumbest questions and they are so patient and helpful. Even further than that, they are ALL more than welcoming. The girl with the bleach blonde hair is the one I see the most, and she is so laid back and nice. But everyone is like that there; I’m never worried I’m gonna get someone rude. Everyone has a bad day every now and then but you wouldn’t know it with this staff – they are always 10/10 and it’s always a great vibe! – Laura
My experiences usually are great here, but the receptionist manager lady scolded an employee in front of me today for running to grab a bite of food quickly during a rush that they had and I did not like that. I get it. It was busy, but the girl was hungry. Let her have a couple bites of her food if it is warm. I still love Proper. The crestwood location always comes correct and is never quite as busy as some of the other locations. The staff is super cool, genuine, and knowledgeable and always willing to help or recommend products. Preorders are smooth and painless. My 21st birthday was yesterday, and this is the very first time I’ve ever legally purchased cannabis from a licensed dispensary. I had no idea what to expect, and I was a little nervous because of it. However, I walked in and the man at the first counter was extremely polite. He looked at my ID, handed it back, and wished me a happy belated birthday! The waiting room was very comfortable and nice, and there were some products you could take a look at before being called back into the room where you actually make your purchase. It felt a lot like a doctor’s office, but this one was a lot more welcoming than a typical doctor’s appointment! When I was called back, I walked into a room full of premium, high grade products and super friendly staff. Everybody behind the counter wished me a happy birthday, which we all had a good laugh about! They were very professional, very concise and helpful with all of my questions and comments, and, most importantly, made the environment feel warm and inviting. I’m testing out the product I bought right now, and I can say with 100% certainty that they have pride in their work and making sure they sell high quality cannabis, and I have nothing but respect for them! If you just recently turned 21, I would absolutely recommend going here for your first dispensary visit! Small but comfortable environment, knowledgeable staff with funny and friendly personalities, amazing cannabis, and convenient location and prices! Thank you so much for your service!
