Not only did they try and deny their workers legally protected union organizing, they held up every single unionizing effort nationwide for post harvest employees with a bullshit case that was defeated. They still have an anti union law firm on retainer so they're not done trying to eliminate worker's rights. Shop literally anywhere else.
