First Time Caller! First Time Caller! I've driven past several times with hopes of stopping and trying some of the products offered. I am beyond pleased with the customer service and the layout of the store. I've been noticing not all Dispo's are made the same, some are very unappealing. However my bud tender, Elaina C., was amazing from the moment I walked in with her customer service. She knew how to provide customer service and fill me in and show me merchandise even though it's not out on the floor. I was given a good understanding of this all works. I asked about the sale items behind the counter and purchased something. She could have missed that but I was having a good experience so I just asked. With that being said, even the door man today, I didn't catch his name, was extremely helpful and informative. Brother keep doing your thing! It never fails. Everytime I go in the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Asha (I believe was her name) was phenomenal. Super friendly, informative and full of energy. I brought my wife in with me so she could shop as well and Asha definitely took care of us. My wife stated that Asha is now her new favorite budtender. You guys are awesome keep it up. Since you guys opened, I was a regular customer. At points spending around 400-500 a week. It was good and you guys were great. Even brought my wife in. A. Roberts provided us a card, offering a free preroll, 20% off and something else. Nothing was said about it needing to be used in consecutive trips without gap. Nothing on the card said this. Tried using it for the final option, the free preroll. And was told that because there were two gap visits, that the manager wasn't going to honor the card. Okay, that's fine. You're going to make up rules because you don't want to honor a deal for an 8 dollar preroll. I'll stop driving across town to see you. I'll stop giving you money period. High Profile knows me by name. Their budtenders say hi, even when I'm not their customer. Good Day Farm offers card payments from the drive thru, has friendlier customer service, and also carries Infinity product. There is absolutely no incentive anymore to visit you.
