Fresh Karma Dispensaries - Columbia

went to the new dispensary fresh karma! As soon as I walked in you can notice how modern and visually pleasing the whole place looks! I was greeted by the very nice front lady and she was very respectful and kind. And as I walked into the actual dispensary part I was greeted by another person and she was very nice and she got my Order done in like 30 seconds! The prices were pretty good too! I talked to multiple staff members while I was there and they were all so kind and cool! And to the left of inside the store there’s a table and a kind lady that’s representing nuthera and she was very kind and explained to me everything their company does and how they support the environment! Everyone was absolutely amazing and I would love to come back again. – Isaac G

They have a good selection of medicine along with some pretty cool hometown glass pieces. They support the Chiefs, but why I love this place is because of their knowledge and expertise on the matter. Anything that you have questions about, they are happy to answer them. The staff really knows what they are doing and they are there to help! – Jake Garver

This would be five stars. We've started using your dispensary in town almost exclusively since you opened. You have great deals, and up to our shop yesterday, have had nothing but exceptional customer service. Yesterday, around 5:30pm we came through the drive through to pick up our large order we had placed. We get to the window and I say hello good evening. The person maintaining the station just glared at us and said nothing at all. In fact, the only time they ever said anything at all to us was when they passed the Debit card terminal to us. We don't expect employees to bend over backwards for us, but at least act like you know what good customer service is. As a result, we've decided that we'll continue to use your dispensary, but it has opened our eyes. Edit: Since my original review we have not had any further interactions with this individual. In contrast, the employees you've had there like Aaron are truly outstanding. I can now more comfortably give you five stars. Thank you. – Chris Lukens
