Zachary M. was my budtender and he was one of the best budtenders i’ve ever had. I’ve been to every dispensary in town and then some and he was one of the most diligent, detail oriented people i’ve met in the industry. He made sure to be as through with me as much as he possibly could be. Amazing experience, I thank him for his kindness and courtesy. He single handedly made the experience better. This was my first time visiting Hippos. I was greeted warmly by Abbie as she checked my ID/MMC. My first impression of the store was how bright and colorful the decor was. Nice displays of product information as well as tshirts and sweatshirts. My budtender, Chris, was super friendly and very knowledgeable about an array of products. I was looking for something specific and he was quick with some great recommendations. Over all I had a 10 out of 10 wonderful experience here. Excellent customer service. Nice clean place. Gavin gave us a warm greeting as soon as we walked in. He was polite, very nice, patient and extremely helpful. I don't know name brands, but I did tell him what I Iiked, and didn't like about flower. The taste and effects. He recommended several. I bought several. This has become my favorite dispensary here in town. They always have great deals, and my little bunt cake on Fridays is nice. The staff is very friendly whenever I am in. The last time I was in Maddison was really sweet and helpful. Thanks, love! – Tessa Anderson
