Website does not reflect pricing in store. If the site is wrong, you should honor a $10 difference as opposed to asking your customer to pay more due to your error. The website hasnt even been corrected after they acknowledged the error. Pretty shady tactics going on at this location. Attempted to call and was hung up on four times. Awful customer service – go right up the road to Missouri Wild Alchemy. They at least know how to properly treat customers. Would give less than one star if possible. Wish I could attach recorded calls because they have to answer the phone, fulfill orders and provide said order to customer. Very simple job but avoid if you want to be ignored and treated poorly. – Mark D.

I went in and the guy behind the counter had a terrible attitude. He asked me for my id and as i was getting it out my wallet i asked him how he was doing. Then he snaped at me demending my id. It was around closing time which i understand that that is stressful and they are ready to get off so i apologized for coming in around closing time then he made a ignorant coment about how they close the same time everyday then he tossed the product on the counter then rushed me to move so he can get to the next person. I used to come here all the time but i dont think ill be returning. Like i said it was about closing time and i get that that is unpleasant but no need to be ignorant to customers when the doors are still open. – Mathew Torrens
