I took some time to think before I posted this review. I was a regular customer, went in 2 days ago and bought a product on sale. The product needed a special battery which I did not have, discovering after I returned home. I went back to store and showed them the cartridge I purchased and they sold me the wrong battery and wouldn't allow me to open to ensure proper battery. I was told I could check outside but not in store. I was sold the wrong battery, manager looked up my cartridge purchase and wouldn't return the unused but opened wrong battery and sold me the correct one for 20$. This is horrible customer service and this manager witnessed this and offered not even a sincere apology. Train you people on the product. I go to a great spot now. The edibles are cool, chips, candies etc…very knowledgeable sales professionals. The tip jar at Swade is off putting. Tip for what, standing there? Heya is the new spot for me!! If I purchase something, they always ask on my next visit, how was the experience. Swade is lacking that. Experience. – Rene Havens
