Had a bad experience and now I feel super off on an already super off kind of day… I walk in, got carded, that was fine… then got asked for my ID again which was redundant cause obviously…?? Got whatever it was I was needing, or at least tried to… I couldn’t use dutchie pay, which has a fee of like 4$—need cash? Nah the ATM has a fat 3.50$ fee —damned both ways— also it was my first time here & there was 0% of a discount… or any offers, couldnt use the rewards I just signed up for to earn points, not to mention I was told to get off the phone with my son while in the store ((convo involving his academics—kind of a bad time but still was about done with the convo when I was told I was not allowed to use my phone inside….!?)) no alternative to my payment method failing except for a “yeah it’s hit or miss”… what kind of customer service is that…? Super unsatisfied and out of all places I could have felt judged or uncomfortable at I felt super judged … maybe train your staff better… I don’t want to come here again. From the first time I walked in that door when you all first opened until yesterday, I have never been treated with nothing except respect. I appreciate that very much. I don't get a lot of herb. I do buy Vapes good or bad. Who knows. But they always have time to explain stuff about everything to everybody. I would have photos on here but it's against company policy to have the phones out while you're inside so I didn't ask, it's all good. Take my word for it. It's cool. – Sir-Mittler
