They were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. They also recommended some absolutely amazing products. Update 4/18/26. Well here we are again, waiting 35 minutes in a drive thru for something that does not need to be prepared, cooked, or manufactured. This place will never get it right. Been in the drive thru for 30 minutes and 3 cars have moved. I’ll just drive to other locations, it will be faster. What a joke. I don’t know what it is lately but every time I come up the drive thru is 10 cars deep and we are all blocking other vehicles trying to leave and it takes 30 minutes (literally) then you get all the way to the window and the person barely speaks to you. I get friendlier faster customer service from the drug dealer down the street. I don’t get it and it’s a huge disappointment. – Jason “Panic FPV”
Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me with my selections. These days can be rough on an old greybeard who grew up before the great Paraquat scare when usually only had two choices… Mexican or higher priced Columbian. *Updated* I've updated my review to 5 stars based on how the customer service team handled this situation! Just came through the drive through at 5:01 after waiting in line well before 5pm. I understand you close at 5 due to new years but I was waiting in line before 5pm. I get up to the window as the last car in line and get told by a rude guy with glasses who flashes a phone at me and says sorry it's past 5 were closed and turns the mic off. I've spent thousands of dollars at this location. Used to work here and still shop here. I refuse to ever come back. – The Fishing Public
