Heya Wellness - St.Peter's Cannabis Dispensary

Sublime is some of my favorite weed. But when I got some smokey river gummies from the st.charles store, why did they only give me 30% off when it was supposed to be 40% an still is weeks later. An when I said something to another employee about it later on, the person said nothing at all about it. Bad customer service from this place. An then I got to heya tonite 15 mins till they closed, an they had a customer in there. But for some reason the guy turned the open light off an when the customers finally came out 7 mins till they closed. He signaled that he couldn't serve me. He couldn't even talk to me, I only needed 2 mins. I had a pre-order. I would understand if it was 2 mins till closing. Jus some bad customer service from 3 employees now. Wow! An they don't always honor things, of course ^ .. makes it hard to want to go In the st.charles store. An I'd really prefer to go there. – Sean Waller

This was my first time entering Heya dispensary on in Saint Charles Rock road.The gentleman at the front desk was polite. I went inside and was treated very disrespectfully. I don't know the young man's name. That was working the counter, but I am an avid smoker, and I am very conscious of the the cannabis that I enjoy that smoking . I know the brands the turpins and all the things that I am looking for. I wanted to to lea4n a little about there products at this dispensary He had no time to help me and was very disrespectful. When I asked him about the infused marijuana, he only wanted to pick out what he thought I would want, and not let me see the different brands. This is not the kind of service I am used to and I.Will not be coming back. The only reason I gave two stars.It's because the man up front was not rude. Shame on you – Linda Wesley

Love the store love the deals and generally love the staff.. today I call up there to find out the birthday specials and the man that answered the phone was completely and utterly rude.. I probably will not be back due to the attitude of the man that answered the phone. – Joshua French

This is hard to put this review out there. This place has been my little secret for about 6 months now when I first found this place. I was reluctant at first, but being that I'm not rich by any means and I don't have $100 to $125 for an ounce(Kind Goods–Not worth it–) when places have sales like that most of the time("low THCA" and shake). My point is, not all of us have that much money to spend but would love some flower. I tried the $30 reg. price $20 for an 1/8 Sublime prepacks and for 6 months I have not had a strain under 27% and as high as 37%+ for multiple strains that have literally blown my mind on the quality. From them smell to the taste and most importantly the high. Everything has been above all standards and I feel I'm a fool for sharing my secret hoping I'll still be able to get another $20 -1/8 after sharing this with everyone. Let's face it, we might not all be able to buy a 100 oz. no matter how much we want it. So the $20-1/8 is a godsend for those of us that just don't have alot of cash. It has had me a loyal customer since the first day I purchased my first $20-1/8 and it was better quality than 1/8ths I've spent $45-1/8. Shout out to Nick!! These $20 Sublime 1/8ths are the best deals in the area and you will keep coming back for more!! Even the Terps are good in the Sublime. Tell them Hairball Metal sent ya for the Sublime!!! One of the best dispensaries I've ever been too. Staff is amazing, personable and very knowledgeable, especially Pete! You could go in not knowing what you want and leave feeling like you made the right decisions with your money. Constant deals and offers keep me coming back regularly.
