Started website order, then read that 1st time customers get 25% off. Searched the entire website but could not find the code for this, nor is it part of the checkout process. Then I called the store to get an answer, but it went straight to email. So I called 3 other locations, same thing. So then I filled out a support form on the website, but it's broken and will not send. They may have good products and prices, but it's not worth risking purchases from a store that has literally no customer service whatsoever. – J Kemple
