The staff is always insanely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Vertical always has fantastic sales and deals & their rewards program is great! As someone who doesn't know a ton about Cannabis, it's nice to go somewhere that teaches you about the products, doesn't rush you and answers your questions kindly. Actually going into a Cannabis store can be very intimidating to new users, and Vertical makes it a very easy process from start to finish. Liam was great! Alice with ROVE is fantastic!! Amy's baked goods are scrumptious 😋 (ask inside) Vertical is my home away from home. They have knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding bud tenders. It is clean and well organized inside. Ordering online is fast and easy. Payment is secure even if you don't pay by cash. Delivery is available too! Don't forget to tip your driver AND you bud tender 👍 Vertical offers free preroll on purchases over $100, on your birthday, and on your first visit!! They also have fun events for like minded individuals. Next one Castle Bridge 6.7.25 come inside for details 😉 Deliveries have always arrived on time, correct, secure exchange with a very lovely driver (she's GREAT), and super convenient 😀 I accidentally placed 2 orders for delivery and Liam accurately combined them, making payment for them easier at my door. Maybe it was because of me accidentally placing 2 that I didn't receive my free preroll. Even though both orders were over $100! I'm sure it was just a hiccup. I've been here twice. The first time, I waited so long at the check in counter that I left. There was only 1 person in front of me. The second time, I was sent back immediately but then waited in line for almost 10 minutes (despite being the only person in line with 3 registers open). So 2 visits and both successful purchases made. Employees were friendly otherwise it would be 1 star. – Nick

I always use vertical as my preferred. I did like it better before the tenders were locked in at the register though. Went in last night, Gavin was solid and super help. He's been trying to help me figure out my tolerance troubles which is very kind. It'd be really cool if you can bring back where they'd walk with you and blend the old process with the new one a bit more. The 100% switch is taking away that personal choice moment and the time for your people to sell (and educate) – it is a way to also help alleviate the pressure at the registers if you had a heavy crowd because your folks don't like standing without moving and neither do your patrons – Sarah Ray
